Welcome to Welhams Meadow, a part of the Knock family farm which has been in family for over 100 years. We invite you to have your very own piece of this beautiful countryside. Our four luxurious Kingfisher lodges are nestled in the rural Suffolk country side, offering walking, cycling, trips both locally to visit nearby pubs and restaurants, well-known villages such as Bildeston and Lavenham, and on to the historical town of Bury St Edmunds to the west and the Suffolk Coastline to the east.

Welhams Meadow is located near the market town of Stowmarket which is 1 hour and 20 minutes by train to London Liverpool Street station. (This line is currently being upgraded so that by 2020 the journey will be even quicker, and more comfortable with a new fleet of trains.) So that in a short space of time a different pace of life awaits you!

This area is surrounded by peaceful rural landscapes and many picturesque villages. The delightful heritage coast towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are within easy reach. The beauty of our landscape is reflected in the work of John Constable who studied and painted Dedham Vale, which is only a short drive away.
